Some Important Social Activities to be Performed
Alliance primary aim will be to strengthening the member NGOs so that the conserve to society in more efficiency. Alliance assumes the formation of NGOs is done by highly energetic youth having vision and desire to make better society. But due to unfavorable and environment and other remarkable problem they get demoralize and stop working. We have found that if these NGOs are guided and supported properly, they can be useful weapons to develop society. Alliance has taken initiatives to promote them financially, technically and morally.
In our country there is large population of unskilled youth wondering for employment. There is big scarcity of skilled employees in industries and this problem can be solved if we can provide them proper skill development training. Skill development training will focus on fashion designing, food processing, shoe making, PCB design and mounting and other more trade which are currently in demand along with traditional trade like carpentry, tailoring, handloom, handicraft etc. We can solve both problems. Alliance will provide extensive skill development training and all the alliance NGOs will play active role in this task.
Environmental conservation will be on priority in every action of alliance specially conservation of natural resources. Alliance will focus to promote agroforestry and practices of Green business. Alliance will also adopt latest technologies in environmental conservation. The tools which will be adopted for environmental conservation are:
The Members of NANDI will conduct Rallies at large scale jointly to create mass awareness about various social problems. Some time this yatra will also be adopted as an effective tool to bring positive change in society. The important feature of this rally is participation of people bearing Nandi Mask a type of mask giving look of oxen. These rallies will also focus to create mass awareness on like Ganga, Environmental conservation, Human Rights, Legal Awareness etc.
Alliance will build Disaster Management Task forces and develop required strength with the help of member NGOs. The member of Task Force will be volunteers associated to member NGOs. Alliance will manage to trained them and provide tools and materials to its member NGOs. When ever any crisis will be present, all member NGOs are expected to participate in disaster relief activities if they do not participate in it, some disciplinary action will also be taken according to the norms of alliance.
Alliance will run various sanitation programmes and promote cleanliness. It will also conduct various awareness programmes at community level and build small committee of local people to monitor sanitation services. Alliance will also promote plantation. This programme is highly extended and will furnish with time.
